Carcass and commercial cuts yields of caiman (Caiman crocodilus yacare) farmed in a ranching system in the Brazilian Pantanal

Given the growing use of alternative sources protein, studies on commercial viability amazonians wild species, based yield their carcass, are still scarce in literature.
